- T4D 18 12The evening after election I was singing carols in Westerminster, all that day commentators have being talking about the seismic shift in north of England. The minster in York soon to be the venue for the installation of Steven Cultural as 1980 archibishop of York was built at the time when the north was centre of power, now it's a region, still pround, but aware that the seat of power had floated from the Woods to the Thames.
