    It's Monday, wether we're working or furloughed, on the frontline or multitasking at home, many of us beginning this week tired after another not quiet weekend. It seems our initial energies to find new routines and ways of coping challenge of this virus and its restrictions are running low. As it begins to daunt us just how far the horizon might be, of a return to some kind of normal life. And just how many phases of adjustment there maybe ahead of us.

    Today maybe a bank holiday, but for many, it's hard at the moment, to distinguish one time from another. Accustomed routine to school and work, clubs in social engagements, much of life have lost shape. There's still be much to do, the dairy may even be full, and yet the focused attention we need to meet deadlines and find satisfaction maybe elusive.
