    Like many of you, I have being enjoy the excitement of Olympics, from the grace elegance of gymnasts to the speed of runners, to the power and strength of triathletes. The effort of every olympian is inspirational. They work so hard to get to Tokyo and under extreme challenge circumstances. It cannot be easy to compete when your family were not there cheering you in person. Early this week, youngest summer olympian won a bronze medal, competing along side other teens, the camaraderie relation was a wonder to behold as they celebrate the achievements and console disappointments. It's clear demonstration of being in it together, the energy was efficacious. And it was refreshing to see them approach Olympics with such freedom.

If you give out words and melody that somehow articulate exactly how we're feeling, and it can evoke memories very deep within.
